Learn Cheer chants, cheer jumps, and a cheer routine that will be fun to do again and again. This class meets 3 times a week for each session for 45 minutes. To register, visit my Outschool page for dates and times. You can also view my other courses.
How does a Multi-Day Course work?
A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.
Students will start with a fun warm-up segment, followed by stretches, learn 1-2 cheer chants each session, learn cheer positions and jumps, and work on a full-length cheer dance. Students follow along to the teacher’s instructions. Please set up your video so that movements can be seen by the teacher. Students can ask questions throughout the instruction or at the end of class.
Memorize choreography, learn how to vocalize loudly for cheers and memorize cheer chants, gain confidence, set physical health goals, and establish a basic understanding of the sport of cheer. We will be doing a cheer dance to a fun family-friendly song.
I have been teaching dance and cheer for over 15 years. I previously taught after school enrichment classes in cheer dance. Register today.
